Ingredients

Preparation
- In a small bowl, mix the turmeric and baking soda until well combined.
- If you prefer a smoother, cream-like texture, add coconut oil.
- For added flavor and freshness, include essential oil if desired.
- Store the mixture in a small glass container with a lid, in a cool, dry place.
How to Use
Gentle Brushing
- Slightly moisten a soft toothbrush.
- Apply a small amount of the mixture to the brush.
- Brush gently for 2–3 minutes using light pressure.
- Rinse thoroughly with water.
Optional Rinse
- Dissolve ½ teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of warm water.
- Swish gently for about 30 seconds, then rinse.
