Refreshing Fruit Terrine: A Colorful Dessert Delight

Step 2: Dissolve the Agar-Agar

In a small bowl, combine the agar-agar powder with water. Stir until the mixture is smooth and lump-free, then let it sit for 1 minute to activate.

Step 3: Heat the Milk Mixture

Pour the milk and sugar (or honey) into a saucepan and heat gently over medium heat until warm. Add the dissolved agar mixture to the milk and stir well to combine.

Step 4: Activate the Agar-Agar

Bring the milk mixture to a gentle boil while stirring continuously. Allow it to boil for 1–2 minutes to fully activate the agar, then remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

Step 5: Assemble the Terrine

Let the milk mixture cool for 3–5 minutes, ensuring it remains liquid. Slowly pour the mixture over the arranged fruit, using a spoon to gently press down any floating fruit to keep everything covered.
